BIANA was already engaged in real estate management, marketing and had personally handled projects such as Shineland Village (8 has.) in Cabuyao, Laguna and Mariquita Pueblo II in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

Mr. Jaime B. Biana, the principal officer of Jamaica Realty & Marketing Corporation, is a licensed Real Estate Broker and a Certified Public Accountant. He is presently the Chairman of the Board of the Corporation.
